| Nirbhay Narayan Lal Das |
An
erudite and a firm believer of Gandhian philosophy, Nirbhay Narayan Lal Das was devoted and fought for the rights of the common man in Maharashtra and Bihar.
Born in a poor family in Darbhanga (Bihar), he was always independent in thoughts since
childhood and completed his graduation with full scholarship from Govt of
Bihar.
He
was an active member of Charitable & Social
Organization–SWAJAN, founding member of Karn Goshthi in Mumbai and also
an active member of many other social and Social Associations like AIKVICPWA.
He has been working relentlessly making a difference in the lives of the
underprivileged and needy. His charitable and social contribution have helped
the poor in bringing about improvement in their education, health and
employment across India including Maharashtra and Bihar Driven by the burning desire to help the
downtrodden, Das’ contribution to the society has been immense and his
constructive criticism, unfathomable interests and endurance were unmatched. An everlasting void has been created after his passing away on 22nd
September 2018 in Mumbai. It is a great loss to the society.
