Dr. Reeta Das the first and only woman Sarod exponent of Bihar and Sharda Sinha the leading folk singer of the state at Bihar Mahotsav held in Goa. The event is taking place at Rajiv Gandhi Kala Kendra in Ponda of the state Goa.
